Slow roasted Karroo Lamb shoulder, roast potatoes, gravy, mint sauce and a little rice. (Hold the veggies, this is a last meal alright?)

More importantly, I'll probably take a Rust en Vrede 2015 Estate blend, (In a decent bloody glass please) to go with the above.

Good old ice cream and hot chocolate sauce for dessert would be good.

Any vintage of Klein Constantia Vin de Constance with a little gruyere to finish off.

Good wine makes the last meal....
