Has anyone had the opportunity to use this portable DAC with 'on the go' cable+Mic 3.5mm TRRS 4-pole/segment
2 standards exist?

Not a Win10 issue, OS just says no 'mic' detected.
It's a portable compliant device meant to connect to IOS/Android or Windows PC, only USB connected so should route Microphone.
Would make a great solution/upgrade for a 'workstation' -tired of R499 plastic disposable headsets with cheap usb/sound electronics going faulty + the micro pots collapsing in 8months..
_that could be humorous for some..
