I wanted to connect my desktop computer, using JRiver, to my dac.
Desktop, however , is 15m away in another room.
Maximum recommended length for a USB cable is 5m.
I got a USB over CAT5e Extender and 15m of network cable and it works just fine.
So, if you need an extra long USB cable.
