Running 19.12 on an oldish HP Microserver. When I boot from USB, all is fine and whether I choose a static or dynamic IP address, it boots and is accessible on the LAN. When I then choose to install to one of the internal HDDs, all goes well until the machine is restarted. It then gets stuck at "Waiting for network connection" each and every time. Reinstalling has the same result. This is when using a wired LAN connection.
