Any recommendations for a reliable, cost effective domain and web site hosting service? What are current considerations when selecting such? Web sites needing hosting are business type and if feasible would host online learning courses (I'm guessing that perhaps using an established portal do host the LMS - or pigybacking on an established LMS service - are alternative options).
