Speaker kits and components
« on: June 06, 2020, 02:20:06 PM »
Are there any good sources of speaker kits and components in South Africa.

Apart from the actual speakers and crossovers, I am also looking for speaker grills, grill connectors, terminal posts, spikes / isolators and damping materials,

Please let me know

Hi @nieldreyer

I've not found any locals. I'm probably going to get the X-LS encore kit from GR-Research in the States. However, shipping is via UPS and costs an arm and a leg.

Speak to Scott @ScottulusMaximus ; see if he has a cheaper shipping option.

Yip! Should be cheaper than UPS courier, if it's UPS postal it'll be more expensive but you will actually get your stuff.

Got this coming in currently: https://www.ankaudiokits.com/2/newSpkr.html
