Help needed identifying an unknown satellite decoder

Hi guys

I need help identifying a little satellite decoder. Someone chucked it away, and a friend of mine picked it up and brought it to me. I tried Googling it, but since there is no model number, I came up with naught. So now you are my last resort decoding the truth about this decoder. Here are the pics:
