We've been waiting for sizable VAT refunds since December. Supporting documents were requested and submitted in January, and give the all clear. To date we haven't received the payments and are in a cash crunch as a result. It seems every time we query this with SARS we go to the back of the 21 business day queue.
Are we alone in this or is indicative of broekskeur cashflow at SARS?
