Just wanted to point out that your posts on this forum so far seem a little undercooked. Like a good steak, a proper 50 post count needs a good time to age and mature.

I like to reverse sear, over hard wood. Medium for me.

Rump, rubbed with olive oil, coarse salt, coarse black peeper, must be room temperature.

Hot fire, with a couple of stokkies on to create flames just before braaiing.

Flame grill rump both sides until rare to medium rare, or to suit your taste.
