I have a Marantz SR5009. Currently DSTV, Blu Ray Player etc connected to the Marantz and HDMI out from Marantz to TV.
I am moving house in April and just bought a new TV (LG 75SM9000). The new TV is obviously newer tech in terms of UHD, 4k, HDMI 2.1 etc.
Does it make a difference with the Marantz 5009 being older tech or am i better off connecting dstv/blu ray directly to the TV for optimum video quality?
