...that water is supposed to be a basic human right these days. Until of course JHB city council cut off the complex's water last night with zero warning, allegedly for non-payment. It now appears they have in recent weeks been doing it to quite a few complexes, even though the accounts are in fact fully paid up - it's just their inability to feed the correct info into the correct device. *sigh* Would have to discover this after two or so hours working in the garden and in desperate need of a good shower.
