So, got the quotes from the respective dealers.
Panny 50" Plasma - R1236.00 to replace HDMI Board
Marantz NR1501 - R500.00 for the HDMI output chip. The DSTV input chip also blew, but HFX has no stock on these yet, so I will be using one of the 3 other HDMI inputs for the DSTV.
I only use the BDP and DSTV inputs; one down, three to go...
