A cousin just sold her house and is in need of compliance certification services. The companies offering the certification services are insisting that any faults identified are to be fixed by themselves at their rates. Being a hands-on person herself, she is not impressed. She asked me to come along and fix up as many electrical defects as I can find before she calls them in. Is there a check-list I can use to do this task? Any advice?
