A moustached vandal wearing a white overcoat and blue beret is being sought by Australian police after causing $7500 of graffiti damage to a train.
Wonder if the people decorating Metro Rail coaches dress like this? Wait a minute, what exactly does the Cape Town Hi Fi Club do after meetings? I thought a beer with the Etzebeths maybe but now I wonder?
