Thanks Ronman this explains something i noticed
my wiring was as your same diagram
and i noticed inconsistencies in the charging i was getting 3,5 hrs just short of the load shedding schedule
i added  two batteries in parallel
got 5 hours (load shedding schedule)for a month  now back to 3,5 hrs
one of my batteries drops to like 9v while other 3 are on 11v

What size amps are your batteries @Scarfussi. Your batteries is on there way out if one is running at 9v. Lead acid Batteries isn't suppose to go under 11v, the must stay above that. When you go so low you already went under the 50%.

Battery balancer isn't going to help there to, you going to burn out the balancer because it will not hold the load. I got first hand experience with this where my 48v 190amp battery setup had a cell that went down and was under 11v. The inverter got 22A DC load and first thing it wants is amps and it start pulling and the low cell cant hold up to it so it start pulling amps via die ballancer from the other sells.

The ballancer burn so bad that there was white smoke every where and the smell was in my garage for days.

The work of ballancer is actually there to get the batteries all on the same level of charge when charging or standing, that your batteries don't get out of sink.

It's the same with my LifePO4's i'm running, There are 32 x 120amp cells and all them are controlled and manege by Battery Management System (BMS) to keep all the batteries in sink and level them out.

I changed the position of the batteries the two with the yellow were in series.
The one with 12.91v was always on 13.5v now with this new position.
It seems to be under charging. Which is why I'm thinking that a battery balancer. Will sort out the Inconsistency
