I checked the speed of my Linn Basik turntable and, using a strobe disc and app on my phone, I found that it runs about 4% slow even after I have replaced the belt and cleaned and re-oiled the bearing. I cannot really say that it is audible but it bugs ne knowing that the speed is out.
