The Audioquest utility AQ Device Manager caused my Windows 10 to "blue screen" - KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION - during the process to update the firmware in my DragonFly Black with the result that the device is no longer working. The status light remains red - "Standby". The AQ Device Manager no longer registers the unit although the Windows USB manager can see it, per the NirSoft USB utilities.

Any ideas on resetting the unit ?
