Some advice from " the floor " please.
Been using VodaCom's fibre service since 2017 ( yes, that's how long it takes me to really get angry ).
Have 100 gigs monthly and dutifully receive notifications from them that my data is down to 50% - in the first week of each month.
Don't do YouTube, Netflix, gaming etc etc so no idea where this data is going, but certainly have my suspicions.
Actually unplugged fibre on our last holiday and lost 2Gb in three weeks - not much in the current scenario but an indication that something's cooking.
Anyway, multiple complaints to the Big V were met with glorious indifference so I've decided to call it a day.
Any recommendations re alternative ISP's ? Heard great and horror stories about all of them...
