Am about to have my house rented out and have obtained a "Rental Contract" which I've modified to be relevant to my property. Seeing as that I'm going it alone without agents, how do I make the contract legally binding? Do I have to have it notarized or lodged with attorneys or my bank, does it need stamps or what?
