About 2 years a friend and myself started an online store focusing on affordable IoT / smarthome.
We've tried various products - cameras / door sensors / PIRs / lighting controll / WiFi mesh etc and while some tanked, others did quite nicely. We've build up a nice customer base and unique traffic on our website. We've got a nice discussion going on one of the forums with 1,000s of chats on brands etc.
I've chatted to a few guys (specially this forum) and I've noticed that there are a number of people importing 'smart' kit themselves and running independently. I'm thinking of maybe perhaps setting up some sort of a marketplace on our site, specifically for situations like this.
I feel we have the correct mark and, depending on what the product is, perhaps we can 'join forces' and work out something that benefits us both ?
