IEM MMCX Cable suggestions
« on: August 18, 2019, 02:34:02 PM »
Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a decent MMCX Cable with a 3.5mm jack for my AKG N40 IEMS?

I'd prefer to purchase locally than have to import if possible.

Doesn't need to have 55 kazillion cores made of gold, platinum & copper inside, IE: doesn't need to break the bank...   :o

Thanks in advace  :groovy:

fiio make what seems to be a decent cable.
available locally through c-plan for around 1k, or on amazon.
otherwise the alo audio gold is available at cplan for just under 20k..  :vsad:

my advice is to try hiphibian first. i suspect that a good qualityy handmade cable will outperform most off the shelf ones.
& you sit there in the rubble, till it starts to feel like home

was going to suggest the Fiio one at C-Plan - the balanced one seems to R990 and the single ended one seems to be more expensive at R1690
