QUALITY OF NOKIA OVI "COMES WITH MUSIC DOWNLOADS"

I'm thinking of getting a Nokia 'comes with music' phone to get all the free downloads.  Does anyone know how good the quality of the Nokia website's downloads are?  I'm not too clued up when it comes to bitrates, music formats, etc.

How about burning CDs or storing the music?

Does the DRM affect playback on different systems?
