Just saw that as well, made me realise how old im getting.

Met him at the Italian club in his playing days

Time to get back to when I enjoyed listening......no more upgrading, more of a headache than a pleasure

I met James for the first time around the year 2001 as a chemical supplier to us. If anything, I can say that he always seemed to go out of his way to greet everyone (particularly youngsters) and make them comfortable around him. He was quite the celebrity back then, and we were always in awe. RIP Mr. Small.

I feel really bad for his young daughter for her loss, but as for the Small goes, no man who beat up a woman will ever be a hero of mine.

He was a bit of a rough diamond for sure. Liked to party. A lot.
That said, his accomplishments are worthy of respect and he'll rightly be remembered for them.
