I know these guys rip you off - but I need to rant about the service.
I emailed Cash Crusaders and Cash Converters Northgate at the same time.
Cash Crusaders have an automated ticket system, and someone got back to me shortly thereafter to assist. Cash Convertrs Northgate hadn't replied a few days later - so I sent them a nudge to ask if I could do business with them. This too was ignore - so I contacted the next closest Cash Converters Lonehill. These guys got back to and asked for a number to phone - but thereafter, no one phoned or bothered to contact.
I figured it could be individual franchisers with the bad service - and dropped a mail to customer care with my experience @ 7.59am. I was amazed to see a reply come through 8 minutes later ... but it was the below ... closed/marked resolved with zero reply.
