One of the greatest things about the family owned business Cardas Audio making some of the finest wires in audio is their willingness to make custom cables.
If the interface is electrically possible and connectors available they are always willing to oblige.
So here we have a TRRS 4.4 MM cable to 2 RCA in the excellent Clear Cygnus cable. Terminated to order as per the customer specified connection configuration.
Not many that produce at this level would entertain custom work.
