Hi guys. So I had a ligtning strike at my house and some of my HI fi and av gear got fried. My items were picked up and then the ones that were damadged were replaced. My CD player went in and got sent back with a no fault report. I could only test the item when my amp got replaced and that was yesterday. The CD player has 2 digital ins and the one is not functioning. So I phoned the insurance and they requested me to get a fault report from an independant company which I am to send to them for them to review the claim.
Whom in the JHb area can you suggests.
Their requirement was that the report is from a ligitimate company and that the report is on a company letterhead etc. It is a Cambridge Audio player
