I bought a Cyrus AV master and Disc master a while back - both have developed "faults". The SA retailer won't service them. What are the alternatives?
I priced sending them back to the UK (R3200 courier costs + export duties + import duties + repair costs = too much). I could probably claim back the duties here. Really just want them repairs cheaply.
