Amp to speaker would normally need <3 metres
Take a 9m cable, coil the excess in 6 x 1m length round loops and secure these with cable ties
Place these loops in a bowl of water so the complete coil is under the surface
The water can be pure (drinkable) or can be 5% salt
Another variant is to insert 25mm square copper paddles each side, wired to a low voltage DC supply (about 9 volts)

Beats cable lifters every time!
