So this week I decided to get a longer USB cable because my Belkin USB cable was just to short to get to my new DAC. Did a bit of shopping around online for locals that sells cables about 3 meter long. Prices where between R400 and R1300. I have seen Lindy cables before and that Loot sells them, so did a bit of checking around and reviews and founded on Amazon that the guys give the Cromo cable a really good rating and review and Chrisc on the forum gave it a nice review to.
So I decided to order one and went to go pick it up at Loot. On the packaging you can see it manufacture in the EU "Looks like in Germany". Quality of the cable feels nice and flexible and when I plug in the USB Type B side of the cable into the DAC, it made a click sound and it sits nice and tight in the fitting. The Type A/B plugs is constructed really good to.
Here some reviews from Amazon from guys that using it on audio equipment : https://www.amazon.co.uk/LINDY-CROMO-USB-Type-Cable/dp/B007PKPVFC
And the have a Facebook page and to what I can see they got some stuff going on : https://www.facebook.com/LINDY.Official/
And there web site : https://lindy.com/en/?fbclid=IwAR1_BwypgqUWjOcMaiiCyrgvyyy88ONpKPFsZt6peqVP8SqZHzZ2M0b54a8
Will check tonight and use it on the DAC.
