About 15 months we started a small online store that sells a few things - one being the Ellies energy monitoring system.
We've actually done alright with then with close to 40 sold in a few months, but we've received multiple back because they sell us all the returns that Builders Warehouse and others give back. Every few weeks they apologise and swear it'll never happen again - and then we get clients coming back asking how we can sell used goods to them (it goes direct to the client). We look bad and once we explain what Ellies do, they look bad.
Maybe someone has a contact that goes beyond lower management ?
