My old Samsung LCD TV is not switching on. When you press the ON button it makes a sound as if it switches on but it does not.
I took it to PMC Electronics in Pretoria East (Samsung Service Centre) and I was told that "Invertor PC Board is Blown beyond Repair" and the part is no longer available.
Does anyone know a place in PTA/Joburg where this PC board can be replaced.
I do not want to throw the TV away; I believe that there should be a place where old model parts are available.
Any help will be appreciated.
