I need some assistance here. I bought a HDMI board from somebody on EBay and had it shipped to MyUS who forwarded it with UPS. I bought secondhand items before in the USA before and never had a problem sending items to SA, either with Fedex or with USPS/SA Post Office. This is the first time with UPS.
Now UPS claims that customs requires an Import Permit for used items (apparently listed as TV spares). Does anybody have any information on this permit or where I must go to get such a permit?
Any info would be much appreciated. The package contains other, new items as well but everything is in jeopardy now.
