Table saw, Sawstop
« on: October 09, 2018, 06:12:39 AM »
Hi All, selling my Sawstop portable jobsite saw, yes, this is the one with that fantastic safety feature that stops the blade dead if your finger touches it while its one, it folds up conveniently and has dust extraction ports and is very accurate, happy to send pics, looking for offers of R22000, not less! A new one will put you back R35000 plus depending on where you buy it, the saw is single phase and is a joy to use, it is reliable, easy to use and store and extremely portable, also comes with extra safety cartridge, have a look at the vids on youtube. Ideally for someone in JHB or PTA, unless you can arrange collection, I do not have the original box. Collection in Douglasdale.

The way of the warrior is NO match for the way of the wife.
Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Hi Bizkit, never too late to get rid of the Makita, bearing in mind that even if you loose a little on the Mkita you will make it up on the price of the Sawstop! check out the comparison on youtube, your fingers are worth the upgrade, cannot put a price on lost fingers.

Accidents happen SO fast. Itís a testament to our intelligence that the Sawstop feature becomes SO desirable, AFTER the loss of a digit.
I run a Dewalt DW745 at home, and boy, have I had some near misses.
