Guys,
Per the topic, I'm beyond frustrated now,
Some wise traffic cop decided to issue an offense against me (my car) in 2016,
This has now resulted in my profile blocked due to an Admin Marker,
I cannot renew my drivers license nor complete a change of ownership on a car I bought.
The warrant of arrest (from the fine), per the Green-Point municipality in Cape, is for an "unlicensed vehicle",
Interestingly though during that period, neither my car or myself was anywhere close to Cape Town.
Even worse, the car in question has never been to Cape, to put a cherry on top,it's an X5 that was bought from
A dealership which charged me licensing fees and was registered from day dot of ownership (2014),
How the speed cop dreamt of this fine is beyond me. (some people think it's cloning ?)
I would not have cared much - but now it's really impacting me,
This idiot is really ruining my life.
So, long story short, Cape is not closeby (as I'm in jhb), anyone in Cape that can help?
I called and emailed the Cape Town traffic department - they keep referring me to the "clerk of the court",
They DO NOT ANSWER ALL THE 3 telephone numbers provided to me.
I'm out of wits here! Any help will be appreciated.
