Was bound to happen at some stage.
I'm all for it, not a smoker of the Jane myself but have friends that have been growing for their own consumption for a long time at least now they dont have to look over their shoulders

Was welcome in the US to a certain point. When big industry got involved put many small growers out of business with all the rules and regulations put in place. I'm sure that side will be even worse and again the little guy will get shafted.
Time to get back to when I enjoyed listening......no more upgrading, more of a headache than a pleasure

That's also my main concern. In a country like SA the plant can be the perfect industry to help those that are less fortunate. In same breath, the use in schools is alarming. Maybe if we regulate it a bit better we can change that. E cigarettes was never meant for school children but it's an epidemic in the states and also in SA. I think we can all agree that the government would like to tax the hell out of it too. I believe we should regulate it in the same way as alcohol in a way. I hope the police see this as an opportunity to spend their time catching real criminals. Also driving while high, how can that be prevented and regulated...that is one of my main concerns. I support the legalization though, we have something to be proud of. Changing laws by making use of hard facts and not using it as a means to oppress people.

Astral Traveling to Swaziland?

There arenít enough policemen to deal with serious crimes so let them do that instead of worrying about this too.

Prostitution should be next to go.

Definitely agree. Prostitutes do it out of desperation, they are vulnerable. We need to regulate it and not criminalise it to keep them safe and provide an opportunity for safe practise. Whether you like it or not, prostitution will always be there.

Shall be the only appropriate response in this auspicious status quo

Back in the day etc.

Brownies are much better with resin
Carrot Cake with either weed or resin
Weed is useless as a herb in cooking
Resin in a gravy makes the roast better

Weird thing is this Ďletís add cannabis flavour to beer and soft drinksí thing.  It isnít the most pleasant flavour at all and the idea of weed flavored beer or Coca Cola is meh

This is great news! Were can I get some seeds? Now that it's Spring I'd  love to grow a few plants on my kitchen windowsill, want my neighbors to see them.     Normally grow avocado pips in cut off 2 litre coke bottles.

Wait for the price to come down.  At the moment it is imported stock from North America.   There is a vast supply in SA.   Why not enquire with Stodels (in Cape Town) or your local nursery?  I do know a guy in Mitchell's Plain who grows it, but I would hesitate to ask him
