As most of you probably know, we have water restrictions in CT, but fortunately have had very good rains this winter.
Now we also have some very clever people in our local goverment and I wish to quote one of them, Rashid Khan, regional director of Water Affairs:
"It is not a case of 'we have water so let's use it'. Whatever water we use we are taking away from the fishes," Khan said.
