Following on from the discussion here: https://www.avforums.co.za/index.php/topic,73434.msg870398.html#msg870398, it seems Google Maps/Waze is the way to go for not only finding a route, but also for factoring in up-to-the-minute traffic conditions. What are the options for stand-alone Android (for Google/Waze) GPS devices? It is required for use by professional drivers, providing staff and guest transport. There is a fleet of cars, for use by the general staff. A few dedicated drivers chop and change cars regularly, so the device must be portable (easily transferable between cars) and should preferably not be the sane device as their cell phone.
