So, family has arrived, Jag STR has been rejected outright as the family car 
and I need to buy something for my wife as her daily and also our family car over weekends/ holidays etc. She's always had a Forester, partial to another, but I hate the CVT.
Must have: 5 star safety rating, SUV, AWD, Large rear window, large boot)
Thinking petrol version of: Tiguan, Q3, Q5, X3, X4 or XC40 (she insists the XC60 is too big). XC40 would be my preference but availability is an issue.
Recommendations, other options?
