Need your input on Chario Constellation speakers please
« on: July 11, 2018, 05:18:01 PM »
Fellow audiophiles, who have listened to the Chario Constellation Lynx bookshelf speakers? I am interested in them but there's no way I'll be able to demo. What is their sound signature like and what type amp will suit them best?
I have to choose between them and Monitor Audio Gold 100's which I currently have.
I'm a bit lost here as I am happy with the Golds, but the Charios are haunting me  :help:

Sub is still wrapped up as shown in the pics, not really needed at the moment. Another reason it is standing there is because it is heavy as hell, and I most certainly ain't going to try move it again! Also quite safe from Rocky, my Labbie, who generally picks up anything he finds lying on the floor to go and have a good chew on.

Charios are great for jazz, vocals etc.  If rock is your thing stay away.

Especially classic rock and oldies too. Love acoustic music as well and 80's also. Damn there's too many genres I like.
