Class D Amplifier Module for a Full Range Speaker
« on: July 01, 2018, 11:38:25 AM »
I recently acquired a pair for ZX1i-100 speakers and they are very good indeed.
Thing is, they have a good crossover already with protection but require a power amplifier to work.
I would like to incorporate a Class-D Power Amplifier and Power Supply into the cabs.
That way all I need is a source.

I came across this and need to know if:

A) is it enough to power these and,
B) What transformer / power supply will work properly

There is more than enough space inside the cabinet to house the amp and power supply.
Some of these came with a 100V Line Transformer inside.

Do you know what input voltage is required?
Even duct tape can’t fix stupid… but it can muffle the sound
