Looking for 6J1 valves or better equivalent

2 are needed

Friend in England is sending me a pre-amp, the valves are missing.  He reckons under £10 each but could not be bothered to source them

Even duct tape can’t fix stupid… but it can muffle the sound

I have no idea.  I suppose there is an equivalents book or data somewhere.   Don't send it yet!

In the meantime, I will wait for this to arrive.  His last "I will send it on Monday" took 4 months, and that time it wasn't SAPO.  He is a hoarder yet attends car-boot sales twice a week and buys more stuff.  I have had WhatsApp video's from him where he is standing in front of a table of goodies, trying to figure what he is looking at, so asks me.

He has just bought his 3rd Flymo mower for £10 on my recommendation.  He neglected to say he had 2 already
