Advice: Yamaha RXV 461 vs Denon AVR 1312

Hi guys and gals.

So, I'm no guru in the AV world but I know quality sound...As above, I currently have the Yamaha which serves the purpose but have been pitched a very good deal for the Denon. The main differences I note is the Yamaha has more power but no HDMI vs the Denon, which has less power but has HDMI.

I would appreciate some insight as to which unit to go with please and why?
