CPlan Audio - Agent for Audio-gd products with an accredited Audio-gd off site "Tech Center" for Sub-Saharan Africa and Indian Ocean Islands successfully hard firmware updated (optional) Audio-gd R2R 11 units in South Africa.

CPlan Audio exercised a fair amount of pressure on the manufacturer for the hard firmware update release. CPlan Audio imported the correct equipment at our cost to carry out the optional hard firmware update at no cost to customer or loss of warranty.

Customers who purchased Audio-gd R2R 11 units in the last two months have no need for concern, these units were released by the manufacturer with the hard firmware update.

From personal experience, the Audio-gd R2R 11 units require 500 - 750hr run in time from purchase.

Audio-gd units are supplied with a French Plug (two pin + earth), soon to be the new standard in SA. In the meantime before the new legistlation kicks in owners of Audio-gd products are advised to remove the French Plug and re-fit with the current 3 Pin Plug - the units must be earthed via the mains cable supplied.

CPlan Audio wishes to thank the Audiophile Community for their patience regarding the hard firmware updates.

Still remains the No1 "bang for buck" purchase:

Note: Cplan Audio does not support grey imported equipment, our "Tech Center" does not offer a paid for service. CPlan Audio offers a "Package" - local point of contact, support and after sales service.
