Also a few "donations" have been made to the communal property.
Their unit was stripped to the foundation, and renovated in a completely other architectural style. The upstairs unit still has cracks from this still +- 4 years later.
Another unit was purchased at the beginning of the financial year, after 'the offer' was accepted.
Am tired now, and needs to be put in her place. (She own's 33 other properties countrywide , and they all stand empty.)
The whole family is one of Cape Town's wealthiest, and the whole family are senior lawyers, children are currently studying that route too.
Is there any advise on channels worth following?
