I made (or just about) a bean bag for the sound room... but can't decide on how to fill it.  The cost is in relation to the actual filling, surprisingly, is costing me up to THREE TIMES the cost of the cover and inner.

Who knew that the styrofoam I chucked in the bin last week, broken into tiny pieces (not balls- recycled chunks from off-cuts) will set me back R600 a cube ?????  The balls cost a bit more.

Very keen to go proper ball fibre though (toy stuffing) or sponge as I remember the mess and limited life span of those styro balls from when I were a kid - but that seems to cost up to 3 times the price??? So anybody have any ideas? or know where I can go and not spend an arm and a leg?

I even considered using isotherm ??  broken up into tiny balls? will that work ?? or is there any reason why I should avoid it?

I need to fill about 1m3
