The use of ceiling speakers as surrounds

Good day all,

I'm looking at the option of using ceiling speakers as my L & R surrounds.

Any advice or do's and don'ts one should be aware of for such a configuration?

This will be for our TV lounge, so need to be versatile for watching TV shows / movies to listening to music concerts.

Budget is limited <R2k
