Is the cutting of thick MDF a service you can provide, or just something you were playing with?

baffles cut for drivers, double 18mm, so 36mm, ported or sealed with the front plate in-place

Shaun they deep, really deep, only sub I had with comes close was the sonor i had a few months ago

Boxes has no dog blanket or ports yet, :nutter:, so could even sound better once have done playing with different lengths.

But I'm at a point, do I spray painting or veneer  :thinking:

Craig, they look awesome and think they will sound insane. Just a tip from my side, add more screws in to that box to make that box strong and to prevent flex. About 200 screws went in to my DIY sub build.

I think what will look sick if you smooth it out with body fuller and spray it. Something like this,

panels has dowels and wood glue also, i'm busy filling the holes, just need to finish the front plates , just to much to do, got the anodizing yesterday, so this on a back burn, building amps again
