just an update on this

all alu parts are anodized, black, they look really good  :clap:, ( cape town guys that need anodizing done, pm me, )

Also, the first baffles are cut, I used our lasers for this, 4x15inch holes, and also 12inch Tannoy Gold HDP 315A  :drool:

So that was cut through, one pass? :) wow.  ...Really nice to get that done properly, or very well, rather than routers and jigs - when it's me, don't have a router and never used one.

yes one pass, we can do 32mm supawood and +-25mm solid wood, one pass, only removes 1.2mm on those thickness

Quick, about 5mins and it's done


Next to do is the full range drivers

Also, im looking for other 15inch (4) drivers to replace the hybrid, the Tannoys are 10k drivers vs the R1800 for all 4 hybrids.
If you have some laying arround (4) please pm me.

put the frame together last night, I must say, from all by DIY, this put a big smile on my face, it looks really nice,  :giggle:





three parts, 4 bolts and nuts and you get this

I don't think i've heard the Tannoy Dual Concentric in an OB before...horns, sealed, bass reflex, but never OB. Looking forward to your impressions!
