I need some advice with regards to a passive preamp. I intend on using it between my valve phono stage and a pair of Quad II mono amps. Good or bad idea? According the the specs I was able to find on the net my phono stage (Little Bear T10) has an output of 2V.
I was thinking about getting a 100k ALPS pot or should I just get a plain old dual log potentiometer?
