Took our son to register yesterday as he's now of legal age.

Couldn't help but notice the following:

ANC Setup: 2 tables, branded tablecloths, branded gazebo, pamphlets & handouts like water & sweeties. Staffed by 2 people - black male & black female in their mid twenties in jeans & ANC T-Shirts & peak caps. Super friendly & polite when they engaged us. Vehicle used by them: VW Polo Vivo.

DA Setup: 1 table. 1 branded umbrella, pamphlets & handouts including COJ business cards for the ward Councillor. Staffed by one elderly white female in jeans & DA T-Shirt & peak cap. Also very friendly & eager to help when she engaged us. Her vehicle: Hyundai Accent.

EFF: No table. No gazebo. No pamphlets or handouts. "Staffed" by 2 black males wearing black trousers, black lounge shirts, black leather jackets & red EFF beret worn by one of them. Made no attempt to engage us at all. Looked totally disinterested in fact. Leaning on their E63 AMG Mercedes under the shadecloth parking bays.

My son's comment: If it means I can drive an E63 for standing around looking like a thug I'll vote EFF!  :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

The two gents concerned were surprisingly enough not appreciative of his humour!
